How to make a healthy manggo juice with a simple way? Here some following steps:


Ingredient:
  • Fresh mango
  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Juice glass

Direction:

  • Mango fruit peeled and seeded
  • Put in to a blender
  • Add milk
  • Add ice
  • Pore in a glass juice
  • Drink two time daily one hour before eat


Tips:
If you have a diabetic problem, don't use milk.
